We were notified of this issue just last week by someone running Win7/SP1 on Bootcamp on a MacBookPro. Thought it might be a Mac thing, but then heard from others running on Dell PCs. The losing combination seemed to all be Win7/SP! and LN 8.5.2, regardless of FP. It is somewhat amazing, however, that apparently not everyone running this combination has the problem. I've been using 8.5.2 since it was available, and also applied SP1 when it became available. I - and others in our IT shop with the same combination - have NOT experienced this issue at all! One would think that if it indeed is caused by Win7 SP1, then everyone running the combination *should* have the issue, but obviously they don't. And if it works OK in 'Basic' LN mode, what's the difference there? It is indeed a strange behavior! but if it's *fixed* in FP4 or 8.5.3, why can't IBM break their release cycle and get the fix out to their customers sooner?!?
